Housing Department

The Gitanmaax Band Housing Program operates out of the Gitanmaax Band Office and is overseen by the Gitksan Government Commission. The Housing Program provides services for:

New Construction
Renovations
Social Housing

Available Programs

There are three options for new homes on reserve: Personal or Individual mortgages, Band Rent to Own (RTO) Home, or Social or Subsidized Rental Housing.
